Facts: 11 residential units, 9,500 sf ft retail
The design includes a single, four story building located over a partially submerged two story parking garage. The site slopes over 10 feet from the northeast corner to the bottom southwest corner. Our design uses the slope to our advantage by entering the garage levels at two separate street locations, removing the need for any internal ramping. The building offers amenity spaces for the residence through a recreation room, a podium level deck, and a rooftop deck.
