Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) is the design firm as well the architect of record for this very exciting apartment project in Redwood City, CA. This high density project is six stories, Type III construction located on a triangular 1.64 acre site and achieves over 152 units to the acre. Led by Chris Weimholt, AIA and Matt Morrell, this project is unique in that it combines 20% very-low income units with 80% market rate units.
