Facts:    148 Dwelling Units, Apartments, 3 stories on grade, Tax Credit, 30 units per acre, sustainable, affordable housing

Description:
This is a medium density affordable housing apartment project located on a 5-acre site in the City of Sacramento. This is a sustainable community, designed with a contemporary style of architecture, providing much needed housing in the County of Sacramento. Aligned with our Clients goals, ADC’s Chris Weimholt and Corey DeManty designed this project to comply with the Federal ADA guidelines and with additional Principals of Universal Design. Project includes a community room with fitness, pool, spa, children’s play structures, and resident’s services. This project exceeds California Title 24 by 30% by employing many sustainable design features. Some of those features include a cool roof, exterior ridged insulation, shading devices, drought tolerant planting, energy star appliances and the Build It Green program.
