Description: This Ashley Furniture Homestore is located at the Mainplace Mall in Santa Ana, CA and has become one of the top grossing stores in California. The existing anchor tenant was reconfigured to three (3) tenant shell spaces to accommodate the new Ashley store. Corey DeManty managed this project from design development through construction, working closely with the client and consultants during all phases. Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) designed the mall side entrance to the store, providing higher end materials as required by Westfield tenant coordinators. Interior renovations included new finishes, fixtures and partition walls.
