Azule Taqueria
The Gallery on 3rd St. Promenade, Santa Monica, CA

Client: Azule Taqueria
Facts: Fast Casual Restaurant, Kitchen Layout Design & Coordination, Interior Design

Description: Azul Taqueria was a design collaboration between ADC, K2 restaurants and Chef Luis Torres. The design intent was to match the feeling of the food with the aesthetics of the façade. The intent is to bring you to the taco shacks that are found along the Mexican coast with light sun bleached rustic materials. Faded white Spanish tile, aged white planks and an overhead thatch line the façade. The cookline is brought right up to the customer so you are flooded with the scent of fresh ingredients which you can wait to be served to you on a rustic swing.
