Facts:New lobby design, Mall Repositioning, New Office TI
Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) worked on multiple projects at this location. Led by Craig Chinn, AIA and Alexandra Gomez the scope was to completely remove the existing food court and transform it into a collaborative office space, renovate and update the office tower lobby with all new finishes, New elevators and lobby for the new collaborative office space, office tenant improvements, and other Landlord requirements. The tenant improvement included a new lounge area, new kitchen, open cubical, and private offices.
