Description: ADC collaborated with the Southern Arizona Arts and Cultural Alliance to develop a new concept for co-working spaces. The 12,000 square-foot program includes teaching spaces, a culinary kitchen, technology labs, music studio, leasable artist units and flexible co-working spaces. Catalyst was developed as a tenant in the Tucson Mall and was brought in to activate the retail environments and to bring in a different experience into a retail setting.
