Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) worked on multiple projects at this location. Led by Craig Chinn, AIA and Alexandra Gomez the scope was to give the office tenants a completed new experience. This started at curbside, entry lobby, elevator, floor lobby, common corridor and restrooms. A completely new look and feel for this landmark location. The design completely renovated and updated the office tower lobby with all new finishes, FF&E throughout the project, and created a new office building criteria. New tile flooring, carpet, wall finishes, ceiling treatments, lighting, and way-finding was the main focus on this project. We transformed everything and brought this property’s look into a modern Class A property.
