The client explored many different avenues for how to enhance this property and decided upon a design approach that feeds off of its Cuban-inspired environment. Following this design direction, ADC selected furniture that would allow for a variety of seating arrangements and options to bring an outdoor plaza environment into the interior of the mall. Bold colors were introduced with the furniture selection as a nod to the Miami-influenced space. Throughout the center, a new paint palette was implemented to enrich the vicinity with bright bold colors replacing what was previously dated and faded.
