Description: Coastland Center needed something refreshing and ADC delivered. The team led by Craig Chinn, AIA and Alexandra Gomez used paint in the corridors, courts, and main concourses adopting new pallets of sophisticated colors and patterns. The furniture and carpet selection were designed by ADC to create an upscale hospitality feel including oversized lounge seating, oversized lamps, and planters with faux plants for ease of maintenance. Decorative screens in the conversation niches allows some privacy while outlets installed in sitting areas keeps all connected by plugging in.
