Facts: Commercial tenant improvement (office), ±2,228 sq. ft.
Description: This project involved the consolidation of existing retail spaces into a new office space for the staff at North Star Mall in San Antonio, TX. Design and development of plans for this project was managed by Chris Lindholm, working closely with the tenant. Programming of the space included an open office area, private offices, conference room, break room/pantry, print room and new restroom. Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) also designed the millwork and storage facilities for the office, and selected all finishes for the space including modern Shaw carpeting, Nevamar laminates, Halo resilient plank floors, custom Designtex wallcoverings and LG solid surfaces. A tile finished entrance serves as a gateway to the modern office space.
