Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) worked on the second phase of this outlet mall in Calexico, CA. Led by Craig Chinn, AIA and Matt Morrill the project is designed to provide a modern and comfortable shopping experience while taking advantage of the cool dry weather. We also provided Landlord services for the white box shells. ADC also built out many of direct tenant spaces throughout this and the previous phase. We helped in the design and layout of the common area amenities, shading devices, and public restrooms.
