Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) teamed up with Baybrook Mall to renovate their center court located in Friendswood, TX. Led by Craig Chinn, AIA and Alexandra Gomez, this project included removal of the court fountain to provide utilities for a new holiday kiosk concept called It’s Sugar. It’s Sugar is a trendy store known for their innovative sweets and they decided to implement some seasonal kiosks at mall properties for the holidays. The utilities included all necessary power, water and sewer removal for this candy kiosk delight and their necessary equipment.
