This project is a major renovation of the first floor of an existing apartment building. The existing building contains about 9,500 square feet of underutilized and vacant retail space that will be repurposed into 11 residential units, resident amenities, and resident storage. Exterior renovations will include new storefront windows, updated materials and paint colors, as well as all new landscaping.
