Confidential Texas Project
Southern, TX
Client: Confidential
ADC assisted the client in bringing new excitement to this property. The entrances were redesigned to create a monumental entryway for the customer. Throughout the mall, the color palette was altered for a simplistic approach. Additionally, tile renovations and new furniture were implemented along the concourses and center court to spur fresh spaces to dwell. At the food court, tenant bulkheads were redesigned with upscale materials and paint that raised the eye level of the user. The existing tile was replaced with warmer tones in a pattern that assists in structuring the furniture. New tables and chairs with varying hierarchy provide the consumer with an inviting vicinity to dine. Also novel to this food court are the large signage graphics that can lead to customer interaction by means of social media sharing.
