Facts: Exterior and Interior Renovation
This project is an interior and exterior renovation of an existing apartment building. Exterior renovations included adding much needed signage and accent colors to help distinguish residential uses from adjacent retail. Interior renovations included updates to existing ill-conceived residential amenities. The residential lobbies and leasing office were redesigned to optimize functionality and provided greater visibility to prospective residents. Outdoor resident spaces were updated to provide usable community spaces.
