In addition to the 63 units there is also community space, community services such as counseling and job training. There is a roof deck and community space over looking the Westlake Neighborhood. Description: The proposed mixed-use transit-oriented development consists of five buildings for a total of 295 units. The tuck-under style buildings are 4-stories tall and are construction Type-Va. The 295 units range in size from 591 sf to 1,301 SF and the development also proposes ±3,000 SF of double volume retail space near mass-transit. There is ample open space with a large courtyard consisting of a pool, spa, bbq, shaded lounge area with gaming tables. There is approx. 10,000 sf of interior amenity space that includes large club rooms, gaming room, gym, conference rooms, dog spa, and a bike cafe.
