Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) is leading the design for an exciting mixed use residential and retail center in Orlando, Florida beginning 2017. Led by retail team headed by Craig Chinn, AIA, the project is designed to provide exciting retail and modern living options in the Palm Beach Gardens region. This exciting property is able to provide paseos, meeting areas, and lively restaurants to its residents and the surrounding area, while still accommodating the required parking for both residents and visitors. This is accomplished by designing a parking strategy which locates retail parking immediately adjacent to the multi level retail plaza. Residents are able to enjoy dedicated elevator lobbies which curry them immediately to the residential view apartments.
The design of the retail spaces is attractive using modern clean materials, and a whimsical approach to common areas. It is the desire to make this area a value add to the residents who will be temped from their apartments above, and provide an easy everyday atmosphere. There are many residential choices in the Palm Beach Gardens area, and retail centers as well. The Quay excels by designing a project patterned around how people live. Instant access, less driving, and connectivity to the world around them.
