Description: Working within the existing Upland Town Square retail center, Architecture Design Collaborative developed a new street oriented multi-tenant retail project with drive through access located on famous U.S. Route 66. While retaining visibility and access to the existing tenants, ADC was able to increase frontage, leasable area and overall parking count with a simple, modern approach.
