Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) is excited to have worked on this residential renovation project in Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA. Led by Chris Weimholt, AIA and Marie Delwiche the renovations were designed to update the outward appearance of the building and give it a unique and distinguishable look. ADC provided exterior paint color schemes to help bring a modern refresh to the existing, outdated façade. The main entrance to the complex was updated with a new, modern, canopy and all new exterior surface materials that help draw residences in by providing visible signage and attractive finishes.
