Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) was very excited to see this project thru to completion in 2014. Led by Craig Chinn, AIA and Alexandra Gomez while at our previous firm we continued on to finish the project as the Owners Representatives. We also created the new Tenant Criteria and design guidelines for the food court. Architecture Design Collaborative was integral in all aspects of this Mall Renovation project with designing or directing all of the architectural changes, exterior entrance changes, signage, custom lighting as well as regular mall lighting, restroom design and renovation, FF&E and all other aspects.
