This existing 20,600 square foot office building sits vacant in the historic center of Old Town Sacramento. The goal for this renovation project was to convert this existing 2-story building from abandoned office space to 17 residential units. Keeping the buildings historic qualities intact, the existing building façade will remain unchanged while the interior space will be completely redesigned to accommodate the new use. The new residential units will provide a mix of studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom units.
