Description: ADC had the opportunity to renovate the regional mall’s food court and transform it into a contemporary food hall. Detailed attention was given to the tile flooring pattern that paves the way for various seating arrangements. The variety of seating combined with the column cladding, iron framing, hanging pendants and planters gave the space an eclectic atmosphere unique to each furniture area. The food court tenant bulkheads were resurfaced with paint and textured materials to provide an updated facelift to complement the fresh new food hall look. The iron framing elements of the space were custom fabricated with combinations of reclaimed wood and other materials to ensure Mall St. Matthew’s food hall kept its unique character and gave the consumers a new space to enjoy.
