Craig Chinn has many years of architectural experience with an extensive design portfolio and substantial planning experience in retail/commercial, multi-family residential, and mixed-use projects.
Craig started his career designing and planning on large multi-family projects, both condo and for-rent projects for large national developers. This led to numerous urban design projects throughout California, mostly in LA and the San Francisco Bay Area. It was a natural transition to enter the retail/commercial sector due to the clients pushing for more mixed-use projects.
Currently, ADC is working on several renovation and repositioning projects for old stores and retail centers. While this is the bulk of ADC’s current work, they have landed numerous ground-up projects and gained market share over the last few years.
