Craig Chinn has many years of architectural experience with an extensive design portfolio and planning experience in retail/commercial, multi-family residential, and mixed-use projects. Craig started his career designing and planning on large multi-family projects, both condo and for-rent projects for large national developers. This led to numerous urban design projects throughout California, mostly in LA and the San Francisco Bay Area. It was a natural transition to enter into the retail/commercial sector, due to the clients already pushing for more mixed-use projects. Currently ADC is working on several renovation and repositioning projects of old stores and retail centers. While this is the bulk of ADC’s current work, they have landed numerous ground-up projects as well as gain market share over the last few years.
