Victor possesses over thirty-five years of experience in the fields of Architecture and Construction Administration in projects that include a variety of building types, including hundreds of multifamily housing units, mixed-use, Residential Hi-rise, Resort Hotels, and Commercial Developments.
This project experience has taken him throughout the United States, the Virgin Islands, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. Strong technical abilities and an effective leadership and management style have contributed to successful projects.
