ADC was involved with the renovation and its current lounge that is under construction.
“This past December, we just passed 500 dollars a square foot, which is the highest dollars per square foot Westroads has ever seen in its 50 year history,” Jim Sadler, Senior General Manager of the mall said, “and right now, we’re at 98 percent occupied.”
Sadler attributes the success to several things. The mall went through a more than $14 million renovation in 2013. It has welcomed popular new retailers, most recently The Container Store.
