The AIA Orange County Design Awards recognition highlight our dedication to creating innovative, sustainable, and community-focused affordable housing solutions in Santa Ana, California.
Archways: Blending Aesthetics and Functionality
Archways, our 96,665 SF affordable family housing and permanent supportive housing project, exemplifies community-driven design. This development offers 85 units for individuals and families earning 30%-60% of the average median income, with nearly 75% of units dedicated to extremely low-income households.

- LEED Silver certified with rooftop solar panels and energy-efficient systems

Casa Querencia: Transforming Lives Through Design
Casa Querencia, a 58,567-square-foot project, addresses Santa Ana’s critical need for permanent housing for the homeless population. This innovative development consists of three interconnected buildings that maximize natural light and ventilation.

- Wellness-focused design including a large lawn area, fitness center, and community gardens
- On-site support through case management offices and service provider spaces
