Medical Office – Los Angeles, CA

ADC designed this commercial mixed-use project in Los Angeles California. The first floor is designated retail and the remainder of the build is medical office. The high parking count and setbacks made for a complicated design solution. Using the existing site slope we managed to reduce internal ramps and gain more parking.
