Description: Alexan Kendry is a medium density development utilizing 3 & 4-story Tuck-Under buildings that sit on a 6 acre site in Montclair and achieves 34 DU/AC. In addition to the 211 units the development also consist of an 8,500 SF amenity building. The buildings have a modern agrarian aesthetic derived from the rich history of citrus farming and citrus orchards that once blanketed the area.
