Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) was very excited to work on this project as it is an entertainment destination along the waterfront in Miami. Led by Craig Chinn, AIA and Alexandra Gomez this renovation consisted of a complete renovation of the second floor food court. ADC joined efforts with the client’s amenities designers to create a new and fresh food court design that represents the excitement of Miami. The scope included new amenities, new flooring, new bulk-heads, paint and lighting. The tenant criteria was also revised and adjusted for the future tenants.
