Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) worked with Jamboree Housing on this exciting mixed-use project in the City of Brea, California. Lead by Chris Weimholt and Matt Morrell, the project is designed to transform an existing parking lot into a vibrant mixed-use project that provides the City with much needed affordable housing and public parking for adjacent retail uses. In addition, ADC designed the top floor of the parking garage with a 15,000 S.F. of commercial office.
