Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) worked with the landlord at The Gallery Food Hall in Santa Monica to re-purpose a small, wasted space into an EveryTable restaurant. Flooring was used to delineate the space and electrical was added for the glass-front refrigerators. The space was designed to include a counter and shelving. The space is located at the entrance to the Gallery making it perfect to grab a meal while going in or out.
