Description: Architecture Design Collaborative completed a roughly 7,000 SF interior renovation of the amenity spaces at RedPeak’s Colorado Station Apartments in the University Park area of Denver, Colorado. The existing interior spaces were reconfigured, allowing for an open and expansive club room and lounge for residents of 160 units. The leasing lobby, staff offices, fitness room and restrooms were all completely upgraded and refinished. Resident mail and package storage as well the existing laundry facilities were also updated to account for larger package volume and refinished to align with the project’s contemporary design intent.
