Trabuco Plaza was a renovation of an existing building that consisted of interior improvements and an exterior remodel. The interior project included a structural analysis of the existing structure and a division of the space to house three new tenants. In addition, a common outdoor patio was created with a minor alteration of the parking layout. Teamwork with Civil Engineering and Landscape Architects contributed to create a great new open space oriented to serve the public and enhance the experience of visitors. The exterior had been renovated to incorporate decorative elements around existing openings, replacement of windows and doors, and new roof material. The re-stucco on exterior walls and new siding in combination with new canopies and accent lights give a new fresh farm-style to the building.
