Description: ADC was commissioned to provide affordable housing in centennial as part of a two phase master planned community with multifamily and single family detached housing. The intent of the project was to provide quality design at an affordable rate and to compliment the surrounding architectural style of the area. The site is on a steep grade, which required substantial coordination with the civil engineers to resolve issues of parking and egress while maintaining an aesthetic landscape. this project will provide density that is intended to stimulate the future proposed mixed-use and retail development to the south of the site.
