Architecture Design Collaborative developed a full, two-floor tenant improvement to an existing, 34,000 SF concrete tilt-up, office building. Updates include the addition of offices and break rooms with new finishes and furniture throughout. Exterior ADA upgrades were also implemented along with an enlarged patio and new landscape palette.
