Description: Anton Mosaic is a new construction 100% affordable housing development. The project will consist of 194 total dwelling units across nine total buildings and over 4,000 SF of leasing and amenity space. One three-story on-grade residential building type will contain a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. A second building type holds two manager units on the second floor, while providing residents with a club room, a fitness center, mail/parcel room, and service spaces on the first floor.
