Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) was very excited to take on this complete mall renovation project. Led by Craig Chinn, the ADC team renovation consisted of replacement of the entire common area flooring including tile and carpet areas. The mall received a fresh and bright paint palette throughout the interior. New amenities were designed and installed for the common area. Exterior improvements included new paint and signage modifications. The food court received all of these upgrades as well as a new furniture package. New restrooms were added to facilitate a future tenant. ADC also completed numerous Landlord (LL) white shell’s and other tenant buildouts. We completed the LL work for the H&M.
