This expansive retail center has two components to it: a 600K SF outlet center and a 900K SF power center. Adjacent to Mexicali, this shopping center is a destination for the residents of Mexicali as well as the residents of Arizona and San Diego, CA. ADC also designed a majority of the tenant build outs in the outlet center as well as the power center.
