Chino Food Hall was designed as a 2-story tenant improvement to house 14 individual food service tenants, each with their own kitchen and storage facilities. The design included a self-service beer wall, an upstairs bar tenant with an indoor/outdoor bar, and common dish-washing facilities. The design included a variety of seating types and configurations including a dramatic bleacher seating installation. The installation doubled as a stairway and seating creating an optional eating area for patrons to view entertainment hosted on a stage below.
