Centered in the heart of Culver City, this project transforms 11 acres of existing retail into a thriving mixed-use community offering 610 resort style residential units above 233,000 SF of refreshed retail, neighborhood grocery, and boutique restaurants. Utilizing a three-phase development approach, retail tenants will be able to maintain operations during construction. Outdated structures are replaced with multi-level buildings and infrastructure. Parking facilities are located largely under-ground, preserving the pedestrian oriented character of the site, adding restaurants, patios, and garden parks at street level, while utilizing rooftop space for the latest in residential amenities.
