Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) worked on this business development and court renovation project in Altamonte Springs, FL. The ADC team project consisted of demolition of a center court fountain and several built-in planters down the concourses to make way for new kiosks and retail merchandising units (RMUs). This required relocation of floor utilities for several kiosks and RMUs in every wing of the mall as well as some new locations. The project also consisted of renovating the center court finishes along with the addition of seating elements and signage to improve the center court’s appeal. New kiosk pylon and drop-down wayfinding signs were added along with static and digital displays on all 4 sides of the center court to activate the space. New amenities with powering capabilities were added in the center court for both lounge dwellers and café seating for surrounding kiosks.
