Architecture Design Collaborative transformed Argaux Warehouse in Costa Mesa, California from a dilapidated storage space into a bright and lively French style boutique. ADC worked with consultants and the city to create a custom temperature-controlled warehouse within the space that was specific to keeping the stored wines fresh for Argaux’s customers. Alongside the warehouse, ADC designed a new kitchen allowing for preparation of wine tastings and designed the renovation of the restrooms mimicking the vintage French style of the interior. The atrium was also restored with new skylights and refreshed planters, creating a naturally lit and open event space.
