The proposed mixed-use project consists of 437 units, utilizing on-grade tuck-under garage buildings. A mix of units one-, two-, and three-bedroom units are spread across five different four-story residential buildings. The project also proposes three different amenity buildings and totaling over 16,000 SF. Such amenities include multiple fitness centers, business centers, club rooms, a pet spa, and long-term bike storage. In addition, a 4,000 SF retail space sits on the corner of the site.
