The new podium building consists of 137 units ranging from studios to two-bedroom townhomes, with a one-story partially submerged parking garage. The project features 2,680 SF of indoor amenities as well as generous outdoor open space, with multiple courtyards and paseos throughout the 2.85 acre site.
