Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) is the design firm as well the architect of record for this very exciting apartment project in Los Angeles, CA. This high density project is five stories, Type III construction located on a very challenging sloping 1.25 acre site and nets over 108 units to the acre. Led by Corey DeManty and Kent Miyake, ADC pushed this project through the cities Parallel Plan Check Process in near record time. Project construction started mid-2016 and ADC is looking forward to its completion and more so, the view of Playa Vista and Downtown LA from the roof deck.
