ADC was tasked by the client to reenvision Magic Valley Mall into a mixed-use lifestyle center. Instead of an indoor mall, the property would be filled with outdoor walkways with lush landscaping for people to meander through shops and restaurants. A previous anchor tenant of the mall would become residential units above retail.
