Montclair Station is a mult-family new construction project that consists of a combination of three- and four-story tuck-under buildings and three-story townhomes. The project has a total of 302 units, a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across a total of four different residential building types. Four different leasing/amenity buildings provide community spaces, a business center, fitness center, pet spa, and mail/package center. The site provides 88,952 SF of open space, with a pool area, a dog park, community garden, barbeque area, outdoor fitness area, and many gathering and flex spaces throughout.
