The client was focused on creating an inviting environment in North Hollywood for shoppers of Ross and Burlington. Adjacent to another retail center, the team worked hand in hand with the client to produce a structure for these direct tenants while maintaining an existing loading dock to share between the two retail businesses. Two distinctive entrances were created for each tenant to provide separation while also effortlessly incorporating branding elements for both retailers.
