Paseo Adelanto is a unique new construction, mixed-use development that combines a Permanent Supportive Housing community with a new 16,000 SF city hall for the City of San Juan Capistrano. Both buildings are designed around large open courtyards, and the three-story building will create a sense of home for residents with first-floor amenities that include a community room and kitchen, resident lounge, computer lab, conference and counseling rooms, and offices for onsite services and property management staff. The City Hall will feature a one-stop shop for their constituents making it easier to communicate with multiple departments in one visit.
